STUDY | 3 CAR GARAGE
At 2,550 square feet, the Vienna takes a different approach to two-story living: most of the home's everyday activity stays comfortably on the main level, while the second floor creates a small, private escape. The result is a layout that works just as well for a family settling into a routine as it does for guests, older children, or anyone who appreciates having a place to disappear for a while.
The main floor has a natural sense of progression. From the entry, the home opens toward a spacious living room and a connected kitchen and dining area, making it easy for conversation and activity to move between spaces.
The primary bedroom is positioned apart from the secondary sleeping spaces, giving the owners a more secluded retreat. Two additional bedrooms sit on the first floor, while the study/bedroom offers the flexibility to serve as an office, guest room, nursery, or dedicated personal space as needs change.
Upstairs, the plan becomes intentionally quieter. A loft overlooks the entry below and pairs with another bedroom and full bath, creating an ideal zone for a teenager, overnight guests, or a household member who wants more independence.
Rather than separating family life by floor, the Vienna uses each level with purpose—bringing everyone together when they want to be, and giving them room apart when they don't.
