Editable CAD files included along with PDF multi-use rights.

Plan Orientation & Layout:

Right Reading / Reverse ($225)
Flip the plan for right-reading orientation.

2x6 Conversion ($295)
For livable exterior walls, adapt framing specifications to 2x6 construction.

Garage & Bonus Options:

Optional 3-Car Garage ($345)
Add or expand garage. Plan specific.

Optional Bonus Room ($345)
Add or expand bonus spaces. Plan specific.

Foundation & Site Options:

Crawl Space ($150)
Crawl space foundation adaptation.

Basement ($325)
Full basement foundation modification.

Site Plan ($100)
Add a basic site plan showing the home's placement on your lot. This add-on does not include local city compliance. A survey or plat is required for accurate lot details.
